A huge “Thankyou” to everyone involved in making our first Christmas Shopping Weekend a great success. There were several volunteers who really excelled themselves, so extra special thanks to them from everyone.
The weather was really kind to us, particularly on Saturday, and The Old Workshop looked wonderful with all the seasonal colour and the lights. There was a really good buzz about the place. We were very pleased with the footfall on both days, and the money raised so far for Little Harbour Children’s Hospice has been very encouraging.
We spoke to lots of local people who had never visited The Old Workshop before, so it looks as if everyone’s hard work has been well worthwhile.
Good Luck to everyone for the second event on December 14th and 15th. Weather permitting, hope to see lots more visitors then.
