Got the keys to The Old Workshop today. Tidied and cleaned up a bit ready for Sean and Simon to start work on the refurbishment next week. In between adding to his Charlestown area photographic portfolio, Mick will be driving down from Wilcove on a regular basis to manage / help with the work. Sarah will be mainly based at home, planning layouts, finishing paintings, printing card and print stock and generally organising everything ready for opening the gallery in December.
The gallery will be on the ground floor, and we are thinking of an antiques emporium upstairs, with crafts in the unit by the entrance. The gallery will open first – hopefully the beginning of December, and the rest will follow, possibly for Easter.
